PRIZES: There will be four (4) weekly winners for each Promotion Period (a total of thirty-two (32) winners in the Promotion). Weekly winners will each receive a prize package that consists of: (i) one (1) THE LUCKY ONE Movie Poster, (ii) one (1) THE LUCKY ONE book, (iii) one (1) complimentary Hollywood Movie Money® reward code redeemable for one (1) movie certificate with a maximum value of Ten Dollars Total ($10.00) to see THE LUCKY ONE at participating theaters , (iv) one (1) THE LUCKY ONE hat or t-shirt (to be determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion), and (v) one (1) Carmex original jar. The total approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each prize package is: [$40]. To redeem the Hollywood Movie Money ®, winners will be directed to the website http://activaterewards.com/ carmexlipbalmwhere they will use the provided reward code to activate and print their Hollywood Movie Money® Certificate. The reward code will expire on May 30, 2012.The Hollywood Movie Money ® Certificate will expire on May 30, 2012 and winner must comply with all of its terms and conditions specified by the issuer. Hollywood Movie Money® Certificates not used by the date noted on the certificate will be void. Any amount remaining of any certificate after initial use will be forfeited. The thirty-two (32) weekly winners’ names will be entered in a random drawing for the awarding of a grand prize.
