PRIZES: Sponsor will award one (1) Grand Prize, three (3) First Prizes and twenty (20) Second Prizes. Grand Prize is a Bushmaster MOE M-4 type carbine rifle – 90291 black (Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $1400). First Prize is one (1) Bushmaster Adaptive Combat Bayonet (ARV: $270). Second Prize is one (1) Bushmaster T-Shirt (ARV: $20). In order to take delivery of firearms prizes, winner must visit his or her local firearms retailer that holds a valid federal firearms license and: (a) have and present a valid driver’s license or other government-issued proof of identification; (b) complete an ATF Form #4473 and any other forms required under applicable state or federal law; (c) pass a NICS background check; and (d) comply with any other requirements of such firearms retailer or applicable federal, state or local laws or ordinances.
