Limit: Each Captain may upload for the Squad one (1) Entry during the Entry Phase
. By registering you become a team captain (the “Captain” or
“Entrant”). Then, follow the online instructions to upload for your Squad (as defined below) one “Entry
Form” that includes one (1) burger name, one (1) original burger recipe and up to six (6) photos or videos
showcasing your burger (the “Entry”). Then, follow the links and instructions to complete the entry process
by providing the names and email addresses and confirming the age of at least two (2) but not more than
three (3) additional squad members (each a “Squad Member”).

Limit: Each person may vote one (1) time per Entry and up to fifteen (15) votes per day per person during the Voting Phase.
Prizes:
UP TO FOUR (4) GRAND PRIZES: Each Squad winner will receive a trip for Squad winner and one (1)
guest to Las Vegas, Nevada. Each trip consists of round-trip coach air transportation (from gateway city
nearest winner’s residence), double-occupancy hotel accommodations for four (4) consecutive nights,
transfers to/from airport/hotel and one (1) $500.00 pre-loaded debit card. Approximate Retail Value
(“ARV”): up to $6,000.00 per Squad winner.
FOUR (4) FINALIST PRIZES: Each Finalist Squad member will receive a trip to Philadelphia, Pennsylvania,
to participate in the Finalist Event to be held on September 4, 2016. Trip consists of round-trip coach air
transportation (from gateway city nearest winner’s residence), three (3) consecutive nights hotel
accommodations (up to two (2) double-occupancy rooms), transfers to/from airport/hotel. ARV: up to
$2,100.00 per Finalist Squad member. ARV: $2,100.00.
ONE (1) FIRST PRIZE: Each Squad member will receive a keg grill. ARV: $400.00 per Squad member.
ONE (1) SECOND PRIZE: Each Squad will receive a prize pack. All details of prize pack are determined
by Sponsor in its sole discretion. ARV: $300.00 per Squad.
