PRIZE, ODDS OF WINNING, AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”):
A. Prize (1): One (1) winner will receive One Million Dollars (USD $1,000,000.00)
awarded in the form of ten (10) One Hundred Thousand Dollar (USD $100,000)
checks awarded monthly for ten (10) consecutive months.
All federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winner
understands he/she will be issued an IRS 1099 for the prize value received within a
tax year and will be responsible for all tax liability. In the event that Sponsor or
Administrator determines in either party’s sole and absolute discretion that it has a
tax withholding obligation pursuant to any federal, state or local tax rule, Sponsor or
Administrator shall withhold such amounts from the monthly award amounts.
B. ARV: The ARV of the prize is One Million Dollars (USD $1,000,000).
