PRIZE. One (1) Winner will receive the following prize package (the “Prize”): (i) Ground transportation for winner and guest (who must be travelling together) to and from one (1) of the following airports to be selected by Winner: (a) LAX in Los Angeles, CA or (b) SBA in Santa Barbra, CA ; (ii) ground transportation from either LAX or SBA to Solvang, CA on May 19, 2011; (iii) one (1) night hotel accommodation for Winner and guest (standard room/double occupancy) in Solvang, CA on May 19, 2010 at a hotel to be designated by Sponsor; (iv) participation in the 2011 Amgen Tour of California (“ATOC”) Time Trial ride taking place on May 20, 2010; (v) two (2) Hospitality Passes for Stage 6 of the 2011 ATOC; (vi) VIP car ride at the Time Trial; (vi) Media Compound Tour during Stage 6 of the 2011 ATOC; (vii) Green Room access at awards presentation for Stage 6 of the 2011 ATOC; (viii) ground transportation from the Stage 6 location of the 2011 ATOC to Los Angeles, California; (ix) two (2) nights hotel accommodations (standard room/double occupancy) for Winner and guest at L.A.
