On or around January 17th 2011, one (1) winner will be selected by random drawing among all sweepstakes entrants received by midnight on December 31, 2010. The winner will be notified by e-mail only. If any potential winner selected cannot be contacted, or does not respond within five (5) days, or the prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, such potential winner shall forfeit any and all rights to a prize and, at discretion of Tablet Inc., an alternate potential winner may be selected. All decisions of the judges are final and binding in all respects. The prize for the winner is 3 night stay in a standard room at both Jakes Resort and Strawberry Hill Hotel featured in the sweepstakes featured on www.TabletHotels.com. Hotel bookings are subject to availability, and any changes after booking will be at the sole expense of the prize winner; certain restrictions and black-out dates may apply. If the potential winner is unable to visit the hotel or its destination for any reason, including visa restrictions, such potential winner shall forfeit any and all rights to the grand prize. Unless otherwise specified in a specific sweepstakes, all ground transportation, meals, in-room charges (e.g. mini-bar, movies), telephone calls, gratuities, incidentals and all other expenses are not included.
