upload a picture (“Picture”) of a skilled trade worker that you know personally and you think has a tough job (a “Nominee”). Along with the Picture you will be required to provide the following information about your Nominee: first name, last name (only the initial of the last name will be shown to the public), his/her skill trade, his/her city and state of residence, his/her valid email address, and his/her valid phone number (including area code). You will also need to upload a short paragraph (up to 1,000 characters), in English, explaining why you think he or she has a tough job (“Essay”), which, along with your Picture, will become your entry into the Contest. (Picture and Essay will be collectively referred to as “Submission”; Submission and all the personal information provided about the Nominee will be collectively referred to as “Nomination”.) (See Rule #3.4 below for Contest details. See Rule #4 for Submission Requirements and Rule #5 for Contest Judging Criteria.)

After successfully registering and uploading a Picture of your Nominee and submitting your Essay into the Contest, you will earn one (1) Daily Instant Win Game Play (see Rule #3.2), and your Picture will be screened by the Sponsor or its agents for eligibility and compliance with the Submission Requirements.

Limit of one (1) registration, regardless of method of entry, and one (1) Picture upload/Essay per person/email address for the duration of the Promotion Period.

Limit: one (1) Daily Instant Win Game Play per person/email address per calendar day for registering or logging in

CONTEST: There will be two (2) parts to the Contest: Submissions may be uploaded during the Promotion Period (from August 26, 2013 at 9:00:00 AM Central Time (CT) to October 14, 2013 at 11:59:59 AM CT); the judging of all eligible Submissions will be conducted between October 29, 2013 and November 8, 2013 (the “Judging Period”) (see Rule #5 for details).

CONTEST JUDGING PERIOD & CRITERIA: From October 29, 2013 to November 8, 2013, a panel of qualified judges (“Contest Judges”) will judge all eligible Submissions received during the Promotion Period based on the Criteria below and select one (1) Nominee and their Nominator (collectively “Potential Grand Prize Winners”). All Submissions will be judged based on the following criteria: Degree of Toughness of Tough Job (60%), and Originality of Submission (40%). An additional “tie-breaking”

PRIZES: Limit: one (1) Prize per prize category per person.

6.1. CONTEST GRAND PRIZES (2 AVAILABLE – 1 FOR THE WINNING NOMINATOR AND 1 FOR THE WINNING NOMINEE): $5,000 in Walmart Gift cards (awarded as ten (10) $500 Walmart gift cards). Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $5,000.00 USD each.
6.2. DAILY INSTANT WIN GAME PRIZES (50 AVAILABLE FOR REGISTERED ENTRANTS ONLY): One (1) $50 Walmart Gift card. ARV: $50.00 USD each.
Gift cards are subject to the terms thereon. Total approximate retail value of prizes available to be won: USD $12,500.00.
