PRIZE (1): One (1) grand prize winner (the “Grand Prize Winner”) will receive the Grand Prize which consists of a trip for the Grand Prize Winner and one verified travel Guest (“Guest”) to the MGM Grand Las Vegas Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas, NV to attend an exclusive UFC® Experience on November 14, 2013 to November 17, 2013 (the “Event” or “Grand Prize”). The Grand Prize has an approximate retail value (“ARV”) of $10,000.00 and consists of:
(a) round trip economy class airfare for the Grand Prize Winner and one (1) Guest
departing from an airport within the 48 contiguous United States (excluding Alaska and
Hawaii) near the Grand Prize Winner’s residence and arriving at the airport in Las Vegas,
NV on Thursday, 11/14/13;
(b) four (4) days/three (3) nights’ Signature Deluxe Suite (single room/double occupancy,
room and tax only) for the Grand Prize Winner and Guest;
(c) total spending cash for two of $500.00 per day on Friday, 11/15 & Saturday 11/16;
(d) two (2) seats to the UFC® 167 Weigh-Ins in the afternoon on Friday, 11/15 (actual
location and time are TBD);
(e) two (2) access passes to behind-the-scenes following the UFC weigh-in, including
photos in the UFC Octagon at the MGM Grand Garden Arena (actual time is TBD);
(f) two (2) seats for dinner with UFC Fighter Anthony “Showtime” Pettis and one (1) TOYOchaperone the night of Friday, 11/15 (actual location and time are TBD). In the event
Anthony Pettis is unable to attend, another fighter at the discretion of Toyo Tires will attend in his place;
(g) two (2) tickets to the UFC 167 fight on Saturday, 11/16, Tier 1 seating with an ARV of
$1,000 per ticket;
(h) two (2) tickets to the UFC 167 After Party the night of Saturday, 11/16 (actual time is
TBD); and
(i) Sponsor branded promotion items provided by a Sponsor representative.
