There are thirteen (13) total prizes available to be awarded in this Sweepstakes which include the following:

First Prizes (2 total): One (1) First Prize will be awarded to the potential First Prize Winner of the First Period and one (1) First Prize will be awarded to the potential First Prize Winner of the Second Period. Each First Prize will consist of two (2) tickets (for respective winner and one (1) guest) to attend a 2022-2023 NHL® regular season game of the respective First Prize Winner’s choice, subject to availability; ARV of each First Prize: up to $1,500.00 USD.

Secondary Prizes (10 total): One (1) Secondary Prize will be awarded to each of the five (5) potential Secondary Prize Winners of the First Period and one (1) Secondary Prize will be awarded to each of the five (5) potential Secondary Prize Winners of the Second Period. Each Secondary Prize will consist of one (1) $150 USD NHLShop.com gift code and one (1) $150 Great Clips gift card; ARV of each Secondary Prize: $300.00 USD. Terms and conditions of each respective gift code/gift card apply.

Grand Prize (1 total): One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded to the potential Grand Prize Winner of the Grand Prize Drawing. Grand Prize will consist of suite tickets for up to twelve (12) people (the Grand Prize Winner and up to eleven (11) guests) at a 2022-2023 regular season NHL® game of the Grand Prize Winner’s choice, subject to availability, along with a food and beverage allowance as provided and determined by Sponsor; ARV of Grand Prize: up to $15,000 USD. Note: Suite ticketholders must be twenty-one (21) or older to be served and to drink alcoholic beverages.

Each of the Grand Prize and each of the First and Secondary Prizes may be hereinafter referred to as a “Prize” and collectively as the “Prizes”. The total ARV of all Prizes in this Sweepstakes is up to $21,000.00 USD.e
