PRIZE: There will be two (2) Prize winners (individually and collectively, the “Winner”). Each Prize Winner will be awarded the opportunity to host one (1) private screening of the Picture for up to twenty (20) of their friends at a location in or near such Prize Winner’s hometown (the “Screening”). The Screening may include a visit from the Picture’s director/writer/producer, Oren Peli (subject to Mr. Peli’s availability). The Screening must be scheduled through Sponsor, and the specific date, time and location of the Screening shall be at the sole discretion of Sponsor. In no event shall the Screening be scheduled later than December 31, 2009. All guests attending the Screening must be at least eighteen (18) years of age or older, unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian (to the satisfaction of Sponsor), with such parent or legal guardian counting towards the total number of guests hereunder. The Winner and guests are responsible for transportation to and from the Screening. Recording devices will not be allowed in the Screening. In the event that the Winner or any of his or her guests engage during the Screening in behavior that (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) is obnoxious or threatening, illegal or that is intended to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate the Screening early, and send the Winner and/or his or her guests home with no further compensation. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each Prize is $500. The total ARV of the Prizes is $1000.
