PRIZE (the “Prize”): One Winner will receive one trip for the Winner and up to three guests of Winner (each a “Guest”, and collectively, “Guests”) to San Diego, California (“Destination”) for 3 days and two nights and visit the San Diego Zoo (“Event”) which is subject to change in Sponsor’s sole discretion (subject to compliance with applicable law). If any Guest is under the age of 18, he or she must be accompanied by his or her legal guardian. The Prize will include only the following: (i) round trip coach class air transportation for Winner and Guests which shall originate from an airport of Sponsor’s choice reasonably near Winner’s primary residence (although the airport from which the trip originates may not be the airport that is the closest to Winner’s primary residence) to an airport reasonably near the Destination, which air transportation has an approximate retail value (“ARV”) of $1,600; (ii) two consecutive nights hotel accommodations located in or near the Destination for Winner and up to three Guests which will be one room (room and room tax only), based on occupancy for up to four people total (meals, beverages, telephone calls, tips, gratuities, television, rentals, pay per view charges, and other incidentals and costs are not included), which hotel accommodations have an ARV of $600; (iii) one round trip ground transportation for Winner and Guests, to be taken together in the same vehicle, between (a) airport at or near the Destination or hotel at or near the Destination, as applicable, and (b) the Event in the Destination, which ground transportation has an ARV of $290; and (iv) admission for up to four (the actual number to be the sum of the Winner plus the number of Guests actually included) to the Event, which admission has an ARV of $2500.
