To enter, go to www.scottiestreesrock.com and follow the on-screen directions to submit a video depicting an individual or group of 3rd, 4th or 5th grade students answering the questions “Why are trees important to you, your school and your community?” and “How you think your school could use the money to beautify the outdoors if you win?”. Entry may not exceed 3 minutes in length, audio must be in English, and Entry must be in .mov, .quicktime, .avi, .mpg, .mpeg, .m1v, .mp2, .mp3, .mpa, .mpe, .mpv2, .m3u, .wmv, .or mp4 format.

One (1) Grand Prize: Winning school will receive $10,000 cash and a tree planting event. ARV: $12,000.00. One (1) First Prize: Winning school will receive $7,500 cash. Two (2) Second Prizes: Each winning school will receive $5,000 cash. Two (2) Third Prizes: Each winning school will receive $4,000 cash. Two (2) Fourth Prizes: Each winning school will receive $2,500 cash. Two (2) Fifth Prizes: Each winning school will receive $1,000 cash. Two (2) Sixth Prizes: Each winning school will receive $500 cash. Each of the Top 50 entries, as determined during Phase I Judging, will receive a Classroom Prize Pack consisting of selected books and CDs from the Walden Media Collection. ARV: $100.00 each.
