A code is needed to enter. To receive a code, tune in to REELZ during 9:00:00 pm — 11:00:00 pm local time every Wednesday and Thursday evenings (only) between 7/09/14 and 7/31/14; and every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings thereafter, starting 8/5/14 until 10/10/14 during 9:00:00 pm — 11:00:00 pm local time during a given weekly game play period (“Weekly Game Play Period”).
INSTANT WIN PRIZES, CORRESPONDING APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES (“ARV”) & ODDS: Fourteen (14) First Prizes (One (1) winner per Weekly Game Play Period): Each First Prize winner will win one (1) year of basic cable or satellite service (ARV: $1,200 per prize). Forty-two (42) Second Prizes (Three (3) winners per Weekly Game Play Period): Each Second Prize winner will win one (1) month of basic cable or satellite service (ARV: $100 per prize). Odds of winning an instant win prize depend on the total number of plays received during each game play day, but are estimated at approximately 1:10,000 for a First Prize and 1:3,334 for a Second Prize. The total number of instant win prizes available to be claimed is: 56. Total ARV of all instant win prizes: $21,000.00. Limit: One (1) instant win prize per household.

RANDOM DRAWING TO AWARD GRAND PRIZE: All eligible instant win game plays will automatically qualify for a chance to win the Grand Prize by automatically receiving one (1) entry into the random drawing. One (1) randomly selected winner will win the Grand Prize consisting of limited lifetime of free cable or satellite service (ARV: $30,000.00), and a trip for winner and one (1) guest to Hollywood, CA to visit the set of a Sponsor-specified REELZ show (ARV: $5,000.00). Total ARV of Grand Prize: $35,000.00
