Complete all required registration information, including submitting your Q-Tip tip (maximum 100 words) to be eligible for that Entry Period’s Prize and the Grand Prize only. Submissions will not be judged.

 For each eligible unique Submission, you will receive one (1) entry into the corresponding Entry Period’s Drawing and one (1) entry into the Grand Prize Drawing. Submissions will not be carried forward for subsequent Entry Period Drawings. For the purposes of this Sweepstakes, an “Entry Period” is defined as beginning on each Monday at 12:01 a.m. ET and ending on each Sunday at 11:59 p.m. ET with the exception of the last week which begins Monday, December 12, 2011 at 12:01 a.m. ET and ends Thursday, December 15, 2011 at 11:59 p.m. ET.

Grand Prize (1 total): One (1) $1,000 American Express Gift Card and a year-long supply of Q-tips® cotton swabs awarded as 1,670 cotton swabs (ARV: $1018.00).
