Photos that meet the Entry Requirements/Restrictions and Conditions of Entry specified below may be posted at www.Pawnation.com during the Entry Period.
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS/RESTRICTIONS: Each Entry must include the following:

A completed on-line entry form including your name, home address, date of birth, phone number, and e-mail address and the number of cats owned.
A photo of your cat(s) (must be a photo of the cat(s) only) and a photo of your litter box area that is in need of a scentsational “Littervention” (the litter box and surrounding area).

Answers to each of the following questions: 1) How many cats do you own; 2) What brand of cat litter do you currently use (must be a brand other than Tidy Cats®); 3) describe how you feel about your cat(s) (in 300 characters or less); 4) do you use clumping/or scoopable cat litter currently; and 5) tell us about your issues with tough litter box odor and why you need a scentsational “Littervention” (in 300 characters or less).

Entry Restrictions:
Brand Image. Sponsor maintains a wholesome, family-oriented image for its brand. Sponsor is a conservative company. Entries must properly reflect this brand image and be suitable for publication (i.e., may not be obscene or indecent). Sponsor’s determination on brand image shall be final.
Safety. Because Nestlé Purina PetCare Company promotes the compassionate care of all pets, photos depicting or describing animals in unsafe conditions or conditions not exemplifying responsible pet ownership, in Sponsor’s sole discretion, will be disqualified. You should avoid even the “appearance” of your cat being in unsafe conditions in your Entry. Sponsor’s determination of what constitutes an unsafe activity or condition shall be final.
No third party logos/intellectual property. Be careful that your photos do not inadvertently contain another brand’s logo or intellectual property because that will cause your Entry to be disqualified. Do not include a box/bag of the cat litter you currently use in the photo. Other examples to watch for: logo on a pet toy or other household items. Answers to your questions also should not include reference to the brand of cat litter your currently use. The ONLY permitted logo is the Purina® Tidy Cats® logo, which is not required to be in your photos, and will not influence the judging. NO OTHER Purina® brand logos are permitted.
No Other Pets or People. Photos may not include other pets or identifiable people, even in the background.

SELECTION OF WINNERS: All eligible Entries will be judged by a qualified panel of judges (“Judges”) who will evaluate each Entry based on the following judging criteria:

(#1) Fit to contest theme – 33.33%
(#2) Quality of Entry – 33.33%
(#3) Displays loving relationship with your cat(s) 33.33%

PRIZES:
ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: Winner will receive an at home visit from a Purina® Tidy Cats® representative and a home expert, to be selected by the Sponsor in its sole discretion, which will include the following: 1) a one-on-one meet and greet with the home expert, and 2) tips from the home expert on how to clean, organize and improve the litter box area. Winner will also receive up to $2,000 in materials and goods provided by the Sponsor to enhance the winner’s home and litter box area, based on recommendations from the Home expert, a two year supply of Purina® Tidy Cats® with Glade™ Tough Odor Solutions Litter, awarded as twenty-four (24) manufacturers coupons, each good for a 35 lb. pail (Free up to $12.99) of Purina® Tidy Cats® with Glade™ Tough Odor Solutions Litter, and a $100 gift card. Approximate retail value of Grand Prize: $2,411.76. During the home visit, the Tidy Cats® representative and video crew will capture footage for potential use in marketing efforts to promote Purina® Tidy Cats®. The winner may also be featured in a video created by Purina® Tidy Cats® and distributed online.
