Prize Winner Selection, Prizes, Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) and Odds. All details and other restrictions of the prizes not set forth in these Official Sweepstakes Rules will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
Prizes:Each prize (each a “Prize” and collectively “Prizes”) will be one (1) prize packet, each consisting of a t-shirt, tumbler, and one (1) $25 Planet Smoothie Gift Card. Each Prize has a total retail value of Thirty-Five Dollars and Fifty-Seven Cents ($37.57).
Prize Winner Selection: One (1) Entrant will be selected at random to win a Prize (each a “Prize Winner” and collectively “Prize Winners”) at a drawing held August 5, September 5, October 5, November 5, and December 5; or if the 5th day falls on a weekend or holiday, the next business day; each a “Prize Drawing” and collectively “Prize Drawings”), for a total of five (5) Prize Winners. Each Entry is eligible to win only one (1) Prize. Once an Entry is selected as a Prize Winner in a particular Prize Drawing, such Entry will no longer be eligible to win in any subsequent Prize Drawings. If an Entry is eligible to win in a particular Prize Drawing and is not selected in that Prize Drawing, such Entry will remain eligible to win at a subsequent Prize Drawing, if any. If a Prize Winner from a particular Prize Drawing does not timely claim his or her Prize (as prescribed in Section 6), that Prize Winner will no longer be eligible to win a Prize for the remainder of the Sweepstakes, and a substitute Prize Winner will selected at random from the pool of remaining Entries that were eligible at the time of that original Prize Drawing.
Total ARV: The total ARV of the five (5) Prizes is One Hundred Fifty and Twenty-Eight Cents ($187.85).
