Grand Prize (1): The Grand Prize consists of a trip package for the Grand Prize Winner and his/her one (1) Parent to the as yet to be determined US city to be identified by the NFL Entities to host the NFL Wild Card Playoff Game (the “Game Host City”) scheduled to take place and be broadcast live on Nickelodeon on January 16, 2022 (the “Game”). The Winner must be accompanied by his/her Parent at all times during the fulfillment of the Grand Prize. The Grand Prize shall consist of the following components: (i) roundtrip economy airfare for Winner and his/her Parent from a major airport nearest the Winner’s residence (as determined by Sponsor) to the Game Host City. Winner and his/her Parent are solely responsible for arranging for ground transportation to/from their residence and the airport; (ii) four (4) days/three (3) nights standard hotel accommodations of Sponsor’s choice (one [1] standard room, double occupancy, room and tax only); (iii) round-trip ground transportation to/from airport and hotel, and to/from hotel and the Game; (iv) two (2) general admission tickets for Winner and his/her Parent to attend the Game on January 16, 2022; and, (v) Game on-site potential experience opportunities for Winner (all subject to which teams are participating in the Game, talent’s/player’s then current availability and further subject to the NFL Entities’ sole determination). The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $3,300.00.
First Prize (1): One (1) First Prize Winner will receive an NFL game ball signed by a Game player (as solely determined by the NFL Entities). The ARV of the First Prize is $150.00.
Second Prizes (2): Two (2) Second Prize Winners will each receive a customized youth NFL Team Jersey (size: Winner’s choice, but unavailable in sizes 4-7 [i.e., pre-school], Infant and Toddler). The ARV of each Second Prize is $110.00; the total ARV for all Second Prizes is $220.00.
The total ARV for all Prizes in this Sweepstakes is $3,670.00.
