PRIZE: There will be one (1) prize (“Prize”) awarded to Winner will consist of the following: a three (3) day, two (2) night trip for Winner and one (1) guest (“Guest”) to New York, NY to attend a live taping of Late Night with Jimmy Fallon (the “Trip”). The Trip includes the following elements, all as determined by Sponsor in their sole discretion: 1) round-trip coach class air transportation for Winner and Guest from a major U.S. gateway airport nearest Winner’s residence to one (1) of the major airports nearest New York, NY; 2) three (3) days and two (2) nights hotel accommodations (standard room, double occupancy) at a hotel chosen by Sponsor in their sole discretion), and; 3) dinner for Winner and Guest at a restaurant to be determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion. Estimated Retail Value (“ERV”) of the Prize is four thousand, eight hundred dollars ($4,800).
