Grand Prize: The Grand Prize Winner will receive a trip for two (2) for the Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest (the “Guest”) to Los Angeles, CA to attend the “Green Hornet” premiere (the “Event”) currently scheduled to take place on or around the week of January 10, 2011. The Grand Prize Winner and Guest must be available to travel between January 5, 2011 and January 14, 2011 or at such other dates as MTVN determines. If the Grand Prize Winner cannot travel on dates specified by MTVN, Grand Prize Winner will forfeit all rights to the Grand Prize. MTVN is not responsible if the potential Grand Prize Winner is unable or unavailable to accept Grand Prize. The trip will include: (i) roundtrip coach class air transportation for the Grand Prize Winner and Guest which shall originate from an airport of MTVN’s choice nearest Grand Prize Winner’s residence to Los Angeles, California (MTVN reserves the right to substitute ground transportation for air transportation if the Grand Prize Winner resides within 150 miles of Los Angeles, California); (ii) choice of either (y) round trip ground transportation for Grand Prize Winner and Guest (to be taken together) between airport and hotel in Los Angeles, California or (z) car rental for three (3) days in Los Angeles, CA (Grand Prize Winner must be twenty-five (25) years of age or older for car rental option); (iii) two (2) nights hotel accommodations in Los Angeles, California for Grand Prize Winner and Guest based on double occupancy (meals, telephone calls and other incidentals and costs are not included); (iv) tickets for the Grand Prize Winner and Guest to attend the Event (collectively the “Grand Prize”).

The approximate retail value (the “ARV”) of the travel portion of the Grand Prize is $3,500.00.
