One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive a trip for two (2) to Napa Valley, California. The prize includes:
 – Two (2) round-trip coach airfare for the winner and one (1) guest (guest must be 21 years of age or older, and not resident of California, Puerto Rico or any U.S. territory or possession) from the gateway city nearest the winner’s home to a major airport near Napa Valley,
 – one rental car for ground transportation (booked and selected by Sponsor),
 – a five hundred dollar ($500.00) Visa debit card for meals and incidental expenses (alcoholic beverages excluded) and
 – double occupancy (one room) accommodations for a three night stay at a Bed and Breakfast selected by Sponsor.

 The trip must be completed by December 31, 2012, or Grand Prize Winner forfeits the Grand Prize in its entirety and Sponsor shall not award the Grand Prize to an alternative winner. Trip subject to availability and blackout dates. Sponsor will determine airline, and flight itinerary in its sole discretion. Travel and accommodations are subject to availability. Approximate retail value (ARV) three thousand five hundred dollars ($3,500). No alcoholic beverages are included in the prize. All taxes, airport surcharges, departure taxes, food and beverages, personal activities and personal expenses such as telephone calls, purchases and any expenses not mentioned are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winner will be selected from among all eligible entries received in a random drawing on or about June 20, 2012.
