Grand Prize: (1 winner) 4-day/3-night trip for 4 to the professional car race in Sparta, Kentucky on 6/13/09, and the professional car race on 6/14/09 in Brooklyn, Michigan. (ARV of Grand Prize: $29,650; actual value may vary based on airfare fluctuations and distance between departure and destination.) Grand Prize trip includes round-trip, coach-class air transportation from the closest major airport to the winner’s home address (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to the Cincinnati, Ohio airport, ground transportation from CVG to hotel on 6/12/08 and to the race on 6/13/09 in Sparta, KY, ground transportation on 6/13/09 from the race in Sparta, KY to a local private airport near the track in Kentucky, air travel on a private jet to a private airport in Ann Arbor, Michigan, ground transportation from the airport to the hotel in Ann Arbor, MI and from the hotel to the race on 6/14/09 in Brooklyn, Michigan, ground transportation from the race to the hotel in Ann Arbor, ground transportation from the hotel on 6/15/09 to the Detroit airport, and air travel from DTW to the airport nearest the winner’s residence; two rooms standard hotel accommodations for four (double occupancy) for one night in Cincinnati, OH and two nights in Ann Arbor, Michigan; four VIP passes to the professional car race in Sparta, KY on 6/13/09 and to the professional car race on 6/14/09 in Brooklyn, Michigan; opportunity to meet and greet Car #33 driver; and one check in the amount of $1,000 to use as spending money. In the event that either race is postponed or canceled, including because of weather, Sponsor will not be responsible for awarding that portion of the prize and no substitution or compensation will be provided. The remainder of the prize package will be awarded. Winner must be available to travel on June 12, 2009 through June 15, 2009 or prize will be forfeited in its entirety. If winner and guests cannot travel to the races for any reason whatsoever after all travel arrangements are made, winner will forfeit prize and Sponsor may, at its sole discretion, award the prize to an alternate winner.
