Prize: (1 winner) Trip for two to the “Indy 300” scheduled to be held at Homestead-Miami Speedway in Homestead, Florida on October 10, 2009. Prize consists of 3-days/2-nights hotel accommodations (one room/double occupancy) at a Sponsor-specified hotel, roundtrip coach airfare from a major airport near winner’s residence to Miami, FL, two Grandstand Tickets to the “Indy 300” race scheduled to be held at the Homestead-Miami Speedway, two passes to the Andretti-Green hospitality tent, two garage and pit passes, an Indy Racing Experience for winner and guest (two-seat/3 lap ride in an IndyCar at Homestead-Miami Speedway, subject to weather conditions, guest of winner must be 18+ at time of trip to receive this portion of prize), a meet and greet with Marco Andretti (subject to availability), $500 in spending money, $300 Meal Stipend and 3 day mid-size rental car. Driver must have a valid driver license/credit card and insurance, or this portion of the prize will be forfeited and no compensation paid. Winner will be responsible for any additional costs (gas/taxes etc.). Use of rental car is expressly subject to the terms, conditions and policies of rental agency. Pit access is subject to the rules and regulations of Homestead-Miami Speedway, LLC and any applicable sanctioning body. ARV: $4,000 (Actual retail value may vary depending on winner’s point of departure and airfare fluctuations. Any difference between stated approximate retail value and actual value will not be awarded. The meet and greet has no monetary value). Trip must be taken on 10/09/09 – 10/11/09 or prize will be forfeited in its entirety. All travel-related expenses not set forth herein, including but not limited to ground transportation, meals, gratuities and incidental hotel and personal expenses are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winner and guest must meet IndyCar Racing Experience terms and conditions in order to receive this portion of the prize or prize will be forfeited in its entirety with no substitution provided. Tickets shall be subject to policies and procedures established by issuer. Seat location at Sponsors’ sole discretion. Sponsors are not responsible if any race/event is delayed, postponed or cancelled for any reason. In the event a race/event is delayed, postponed or cancelled, ticket portion of prize will be forfeited in its entirety and the Sponsors are responsible only for providing the remaining portions of the prize as described above which shall constitute full satisfaction of Sponsors’ prize obligation to winner with no substitute or additional compensation awarded. Prize consists of only the items specifically listed as the prize.
