Voting Criteria & Winner Selection: Sponsor will invite participation by its Facebook friends during the Snow and Water Voting Periods to vote for his/her favorite Photo. Voters may vote one (1) time during each Prize Voting Period. Any votes cast prior to or after the applicable Voting Period will be disqualified. The Photo receiving the most votes at the end of Snow Voting Period will win the Snow Catwalk Prize. The Photo receiving the most votes at the end of Water Voting Period will win the Water Catwalk Prize.
Prizes:
Snow Catwalk Prize: Trip for winner and one (1) guest to the Birds of Prey Downhill World Cup at Beaver Creek, Colorado on December 6 – 9, 2013. Trip includes roundtrip economy airfare for two (2) persons from a major airport nearest to winner’s residence to Colorado, three (3) nights double occupancy hotel accommodations, lift tickets for two (2) person and VIP event passes. Prize also includes Helly Hansen ski jackets, pants and base layers for winner and guest. Potential winner must be available to travel December 6-9 or prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Snow Catwalk Prize: $6,000.
Water Catwalk Prize: Trip for winner and one (1) guest to sail in Newport, Rhode Island. Trip includes roundtrip economy airfare for two (2) persons from a major airport nearest to winner’s residence to Rhode Island, three (3) nights double occupancy hotel accommodations, and a sailing charter (lessons and/or private sailing) for two (2) days. Prize also includes Helly Hansen Crew Midlayer jackets for winner and guest. Prize must be redeemed by July 31, 2014. ARV of Water Catwalk Prize: $6,000.
Fjord Catwalk Prize: Trip for winner and one (1) guest to Norway. Trip includes roundtrip economy airfare for two (2) persons from a major airport nearest to winner’s residence to Norway, four (4) nights double occupancy accommodations and airport transfers in Norway. Prize also includes Helly Hansen Arctic Legacy jackets for winner and guest. Prize must be redeemed by July 31, 2014. ARV of Fjord Catwalk Prize: $8,000.
