GRAND PRIZE (one [1] Grand Prize will be awarded): The Grand Prize consists of a trip for the Grand Prize Winner and a guest (“Guest”) to New York, NY (“NY”) during dates selected at sole discretion of Sponsor (anticipated dates of travel are September 16-19, 2009 but are subject to change). The Grand Prize trip includes the following: (i) roundtrip (“R/T”) economy (coach) class air transportation for two (2) from the major U.S. gateway airport nearest the Grand Prize Winner’s residence to New York, NY; (ii) three (3) consecutive nights hotel accommodations (single standard room, double occupancy; room and room tax only) at a hotel selected by Sponsor (“Hotel”); (iii) tickets for Grand Prize Winner and Guest to one (1) Marie Claire Fashion Week event (“Event”) selected at sole discretion of Sponsor and tentatively scheduled for September 17, 2009 but subject to change; (iv) a check in the amount of $3,000 made payable to Grand Prize Winner only; (v) R/T airport/Hotel ground transfers in New York, NY; and (vi) a poster autographed by Tim Gunn and Heidi Klum. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $6,000.

Finalist Prizes (up to five (5) total): Each of up to five (5) Finalists will be awarded one (1) each of the following “Project Runway” items: tote bag, lint brush, sewing kit, boy beater and poster autographed by Tim Gunn and Heidi Klum. The ARV of each Finalist Prize is $38.

Total ARV of all prizes: $6,190.
