Prize (1) and Other Payments: The prize is a 2022 Hyundai IONIQ 5 (“Prize”) and a
single cash payment of $2,000, which is intended to assist with any costs for in-home
charging installation, a charging subscription, or other ancillary equipment or services
associated with using the Prize (“Charging Allotment”). The Prize Winner will also receive a single cash payment of $20,000, which is
intended to assist with any federal, state, or other tax obligations related to the Prize (the
“Tax Gross-Up Payment”). The ARV/Manufacturer’s
