VI. PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”)

Promotion Prize: The one (1) Promotion Winner, subject to verification, will receive a prize, which consists solely of: two (2) nights at any participating Hyatt House hotel for Promotion Winner and up to nine (9) guests of Promotion Winner’s choosing (ARV for each individual night: $100; ARV for two (2) nights for all ten (10) guests: $2,000); one (1) round-trip coach airfare ticket for travel within the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia for maximum of ten (10) individuals (ARV for each individual travel: $600; ARV for maximum of ten (10) individuals: $6,000.00); and Promotion dinner and cocktails at hotel to be determined at sole discretion of Sponsor for maximum of ten (10) guests (ARV: $2,000) (“Promotion Prize”). ARV of Promotion Prize: $10,000.00.
