Prizes and Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): [Prize] Prize is awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Sponsor. No refunds or credit for changes are allowed. All other expenses and costs, not expressly listed above, including, but not limited to, taxes, tips, entertainment, and transportation are the winner’s sole responsibility. Winner is responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes and all other costs and expenses associated with prize not specified herein as being awarded. No transfer, substitution or cash equivalent permitted by winner. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute the prize with one of comparable or greater value. All prize details are at Sponsor’s discretion.

A 4-day/3-night staycation for two (2) in Los Angeles in April or May of 2011. Timing and the following package specifications are subject to winner preferences and availability of venues. Winner will have the ability to select, within reason, different elements of their staycation, up to but not exceeding a total value of $8,000. All staycation details and arrangements will be facilitated by a Gilt City representative or an approved third party service. Representative examples of what staycation will include are as follows: Double occupancy hotel room accommodations for three (3) nights at the Roosevelt Hotel (or a similar hotel, dependent upon availability), two dinners for two (2) at the Ivy Restaurant and Katsuya (or similar restaurants, based on availability), massage treatments for two (2) at the Ciel Spa (or similar spa, based on availability), two (2) tickets to a Lakers game (based on availability), $300 spending money for winner and each travel companion, and a “Gilt Ride” to take winner around town during winner’s stay in Los Angeles. Prize package, in addition to staycation, will include $2,000 in Gilt City credits. The approximate retail value of the Grand Prize is $10,000.
