One (1) Grand Prize: Trip for winner and one (1) guest to the Memorial Day Race, scheduled for May 25, 2014. Trip consists of:
– round trip coach air transportation for winner and one (1) guest from a major airport near winners’ home residence to Charlotte, North Carolina to attend the race on May 25, 2014, – 3 days/2 nights standard double occupancy accommodations (May 24 through May 26, 2014),
– two VIP tickets to the race,
– ground transportation to and from hotel and to and from race, and
– a $300.00 travel stipend to be awarded in the form of a check to winner.
Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $3,000.00. If in the judgment of Sponsor air travel is not required due to winner’s proximity to prize location, ground transportation will be substituted for round-trip air travel at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

One (1) First Prize: a quarter panel autographed by Juan Montoya. ARV: $500.00.

Ten (10) Second Prizes: a racing cap autographed by Juan Montoya. ARV: $ 20.00 each.

Ten (10) Third Prizes: a die cast racing car autographed by Juan Montoya. ARV: $20.00 each.

Total Approximate Retail Value of all available prizes is: $ 3,900.00.
