Grand Prize: (1 winner) 5-day/4-night trip for winner and one guest to the Bahamas (ARV: $4,200.00). Actual value of trip depends on location of winner’s primary residence, fares at time of travel and land accommodations. If actual value of the trip is lower than ARV stated herein, the difference will not be awarded in cash. Prize consists of: round trip coach airfare for winner and one guest to/from the closest commercial airport nearest to winner’s primary residence); double-occupancy standard hotel accommodations for 4-nights and ground transportation to/from airport and hotel while in the Bahamas. All meals, ground transportation (other than as noted), taxes, gratuities, incidentals, upgrades, service charges, insurance or other expenses not specified herein are not included and are the winner’s sole responsibility

Travel must be completed by 10/1/11. Advance booking, blackout dates and restrictions may apply. All prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Grand Prize Winner and guest must travel together on the same itinerary including same departure and return dates and possess all required travel documents and identification (including, without limitation, valid passports and/or visa) prior to travel. Travel arrangements must be made through Sponsor’s agent on an airline carrier of Sponsor’s choice. If for any reason whatsoever, Grand Prize Winner is unable to travel after all travel arrangements have been made and paid, the Sponsor shall have no further obligation to him/her. If Grand Prize is forfeited prior to Sponsor finalizing and paying for any portion of prize, and there is sufficient time to notify an alternate winner, the prize will be awarded to an alternate winner in a separate random drawing from among all non-winning eligible entries. Grand Prize Winner’s guest will be required to complete a Guest Release Form prior to travel. If the Grand Prize Winner is considered as a minor in his/her state of jurisdiction, a parent or legal guardian must accompany winner on trip as his/her guest. Guest can only be a minor if Grand Prize Winner is his/her parent or legal guardian.
