Prize: The following prize(s) is/are available: One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive: A five (5) day/four (4) night stay in a standard suite for four (4) guests at any Embassy Suites Hotel worldwide of winner’s choice (maximum capacity of six people per room) plus round-trip, coach class air transportation for four (4) from a major gateway airport nearest winner’s residence. In addition, the Grand Prize includes a check in the amount of $1,400, which the winner may apply towards the payment of his/her tax liability on the Grand Prize value. Should the winner’s actual income taxes on the Grand Prize be higher than $1,400, Sponsor is not responsible for the difference between the winner’s actual income taxes on the prize and this $1,400. The Total Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize: US$6,140. Actual retail value may vary and depends on location of winner’s residency and dates of travel. Any difference between actual value and stated ARV will not be awarded. All other expenses not specifically provided herein are the responsibility of the winner.
Two (2) Runner-Up Winners will each receive: Three (3) Be My Guest Certificates, each valid for one (1) night hotel accommodations in a standard suite at any Embassy Suites Hotel worldwide of winner’s choice (maximum capacity of six people per room). Certificates are subject to terms and conditions specified thereon. Certificates expire one (1) year from date of issue. Certificate applies to room rate and corresponding tax only and does not apply to gratuities or any incidental charges incurred during the winner’s stay. Fourteen (14) days advanced hotel reservation required. Hotel accommodations are subject to availability. Each winner must disclose use of certificate at time of reservation and must book a non-prepaid reservation. Total Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each prize: US$555.
