Prize: (3 winners) 5-day/4-night trip for winner and a guest to Calistoga, CA, including round-trip coach air transportation from a major airport near winner’s home to San Francisco, California, hotel accommodations (one room/double occupancy), a CasaLana culinary learning experience (as selected by Sponsor) at Gourmet Retreats at CasaLana in Calistoga, CA. and $500, cash. All expenses not specified herein, including but not limited to, meals, ground transportation, luggage fees, taxes and gratuities are the sole responsibility of the winners. Approximate retail value (“ARV”): $6,000. Actual value may vary depending on point of origin, time of travel and airfare fluctuations, but any difference between actual value and estimated ARV will not be awarded. Winner and guest must travel together and on the dates designated by Sponsor or prize will be forfeited in its entirety. Winner may only bring a minor as a guest if winner is the minor’s parent or legal guardian. Air transportation provided only if a winner does not reside within 100 miles of Calistoga, California. If winner resides within 100 miles of Calistoga, s/he will receive the use of a rental car (if eligible) in lieu of air travel (no cash difference will be awarded). Exact travel dates subject to availability and black out dates. Sponsor will make all travel arrangements, including choice of airline and hotel accommodations. If, for any reason, the selected CasaLana Culinary Learning experience is postponed or cancelled, the Sponsor will have no further obligation other than to award the remainder of the prize. All winners must book their travel accommodations through Promotion Activators, Inc. by October 15, 2009 and complete travel by April 15, 2010
