Prizes: TEN (10) PRIZES (SEVEN (7) GRAND PRIZE DRAWING PRIZES, ONE (1) CLASSIC LEVEL PRIZE, ONE (1) SELECT LEVEL PRIZE AND ONE (1) ELITE LEVEL PRIZE): Each prize is a preview cruise package aboard the Celebrity Eclipse. Cruise package includes roundtrip, coach-class air transportation for two (2) from a major airport near winner’s home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to Dusseldorf, Germany; one (1) night accommodation at a Sponsor selected hotel in Dusseldorf, Germany (single room, double occupancy); one (1) night accommodation at a Sponsor selected hotel in Amsterdam, Netherlands (single room, double occupancy); and a one (1) night cruise aboard Celebrity Cruise’s ship, the Celebrity Eclipse (one (1) stateroom, double occupancy; Sponsor to select stateroom category in its sole discretion). Winner and his/her companion must commence travel on or around March 12, 2010 and conclude travel on or around March 16, 2010. Winner and guest must travel together on the same sailing. Travel must be roundtrip. Sponsor will determine airline and flight itinerary in its sole discretion. No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any flight. Travel and accommodations are subject to availability. Travel is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Sweepstakes, and those set forth by the Sponsor’s airline carrier of choice as detailed in the passenger ticket contract. Travel restrictions, conditions and limitations apply. Winner and travel companion are responsible for any identification and/or travel documents (such as a passport and visa) required for their travel. Cruise provided subject to the terms and conditions in Celebrity’s guest ticket cruise contract and applicable brochure. Winner and guest(s) must sign the passenger ticket contract(s) prior to being allowed to board. Cruise includes ship accommodations, ocean transportation, selected meals, selected beverages, and selected entertainment aboard the vessel. All other costs and expenses are the winner’s sole responsibility. Winner and travel companion(s) are each solely responsible for (and prizes do not cover) any federal, state, local, or other government or quasi-governmental taxes and fees (including, but not limited to, income tax liability or sales taxes), travel insurance, transfers (except as described above) or items of a personal nature (including, but not limited to, shore excursions, passport fees, gratuities, alcoholic beverages, photographs, service fees and medical services). Prize will be awarded in the form of a certificate. Terms and conditions of certificate apply. Booking instructions, as listed on the certificate, shall apply. Prize is not transferable and may not be given, bartered, sold or exchanged for cash or another prize and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Certificate only applicable to certain Sponsor selected staterooms; suites and deluxe outside cabins are not applicable. Prize may not be upgraded. Any unused component of this package has no redeemable cash value, the remaining components shall constitute full satisfaction of Sponsor’s obligation to the winner and no additional compensation will be awarded. No guest under twenty-one (21) years of age will be booked in a stateroom unless accompanied by a person who is twenty-one (21) years or older. A parent or legal guardian must accompany all guests under the age of eighteen (18). Married couples who do not meet these age restrictions may, at Celebrity’s discretion, be permitted to sail. Except where prohibited by applicable law, each travel companion will be required to sign a liability/publicity release or Declaration of Compliance prior to traveling. Winner and travel companion must sign Celebrity’s passenger ticket contract prior to being allowed to board Century for the cruise. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $5,000 USD. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of equal or greater value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason. Winner is responsible for all taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use. Odds of winning a Grand Prize depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period; odds of winning a Classic Level Prize depend on the number of eligible entries received by Captain’s Club Classic Level members during the Promotion Period; odds of winning a Select Level Prize depend on the number of eligible entries received by Captain’s Club Select Level members during the Promotion Period; and odds of winning an Elite Level Prize depend on the number of eligible entries received by Captain’s Club Elite Level members during the Promotion Period.
