Grand Prize consists of a four (4) day/ three (3) night trip for the Grand Prize winner and one (1) travel companion/s to Napa Valley, California, which includes:
(i) round-trip coach airfare for the Grand Prize winner and his or her travel companion between the major airport that is nearest to the Grand Prize winner’s residence and San Francisco, California;
(ii) three (3) nights’ hotel accommodations for the Grand Prize winner and his or her travel companion (one [1] room, double occupancy) at Meadowood Napa Valley or a similar hotel selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion;
(iii) ground transportation between the hotel and airport;
(iv) a one (1) hour introduction to Napa Valley Wines session with a resident sommelier and a one (1) hour building your perfect wine cellar session with recommendations for wineries to visit during your stay, subject to availability;
(v) a tour and tasting for two (2) at Ovid Napa Valley; and
(vi) spotlight tour and tasting for two (2) at Failla.

Total approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $4,900. In the event a Grand Prize winner’s residence is close enough to Napa Valley, such that air transportation is deemed by Sponsor in its sole discretion to be unnecessary, the applicable Grand Prize will not include air transportation from Grand Prize winner’s residence and no other substitution or compensation will be provided in lieu thereof.

Total cost of the transportation included in the Grand Prize (the round trip airfare and the ground transportation [the “Transportation Elements”]) shall not exceed one thousand dollars ($1,000) (the “Transportation Cap”). In the event the costs associated with the Transportation Elements exceed $1,000, the Grand Prize winner will shall be responsible for all expenses associated with the Transportation Elements that exceed the Transportation Cap. In the event the Grand Prize winner does not want to pay such additional costs (if applicable) the Grand Prize winner may decline the prize and another winner may be selected by Sponsor.
