Prizes: (1) Grand Prize: 7-day/6-night trip for winner and one (1) guest to winner’s choice of one of the four (4) following fashion capitals: New York, Milan, Paris, Or London. Trip includes: round-trip coach air transportation from major U.S. gateway airport near winner’s residence in the U.S., standard hotel accommodations, ground transportation to/from the airport and hotel, fashion encounter to be designated by Sponsor and $1,000 for winner only award in the form of a check (Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”)=$7,500. Grand Prize winner may also elect to receive the Grand Prize in the form of a $7,500 check in lieu of the trip options. Actual value of prize will vary depending on winner’s city of departure. Administrator, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to provide ground transportation in lieu of air transportation if winner resides within one-hundred (100) miles of chosen Fashion Capital (and no additional compensation or substitution will be awarded for difference in prize value). Trip must be booked by June 2012. Trip must be taken on dates specified by Administrator or prize will be forfeited and, at Administrator’s discretion and time permitting, an alternate winner may be selected from among all remaining eligible entries. If the fashion encounter activity is canceled or postponed for any reason, travel prize will be awarded less fashion encounter activity and Administrator will substitute that activity with an item(s)/activity(s) of comparable or greater value as determined solely by Administrator. Travel and hotel accommodation restrictions apply. Travel arrangements must be made through Administrator’s agent and on a carrier of Administrator’s choice. Winner and guest are responsible for obtaining all required travel documents, including passports and visas (if applicable) prior to travel. Winner and guest must travel together on the same itinerary. Guest must be of legal age of majority in their state/province of residence (and at least eighteen (18)). All prize details are at Administrator’s sole discretion. Certain travel restrictions may apply. (8) Weekly Prizes (one (1) per Weekly Entry Period): $250 awarded in the form of a check (ARV=$250). Total ARV of all Prizes=$9,500. All prize details are at Administrator’s sole discretion. Winner is responsible for all personal taxes (i.e., personal income tax) associated with acceptance of the Grand Prize.
