No purchase, and no entry fee, payment or proof-of-purchase necessary to participate in Promotion. Promotion begins at 12:00:00 a.m. (midnight) Eastern Time (“ET”) on April 7, 2014 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on April 30, 2014 (“Promotion Period”). The computer of the Web Site is the official time-keeping device of the Promotion. There are two (2) ways to enter the Promotion (as described below). For both entry methods, you must first take a photo of yourself making a “sour face” (hereinafter referred to as “Photo” or “Entry”). Entries will not be judged.
(a) Facebook: Share your Photo on your Facebook page with the #sourface hashtag to receive one (1) entry into the random drawing. You must be a registered user of Facebook and must “like” the AMP Energy page at www.facebook.co
(b) Twitter: Share your Photo via Twitter with #sourface hashtag to receive one (1) entry into the random drawing. You must be a registered user of Twitter and follow Sponsor’s @AMPEnergy page on www.twitter.com/AMPEnergy (also the “Web Site”) to enter via Twitter. If you do not have a Twitter account, follow the onscreen instructions to register for a free Twitter account at http://twitter.com.
During the Promotion Period, Sponsor will invite Facebook and Twitter fans of AMP Energy living in the geo-targeted area (“GTA”) to enter the Promotion. The GTA will be a geo-targeted area within a 75-mile radius of Charlotte, NC as determined by Sponsor, in Sponsor’s sole discretion. The first five (5) participants to respond as requested will receive a Charlotte GTA Prize. All participants who submitted an entry in response to Sponsor’s post for the Charlotte GTA will also receive one (1) entry into the Promotion.
PRIZE DETAILS: One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive a racing experience in Bristol, Tennessee. Travel dates: August 21, 2014 – August 24, 2014. No alternative travel dates are available. Trip consists of: Round-trip coach air transportation for two (2) from an airport near winner’s home (airport and carrier selected by Sponsor), one (1) double-occupancy standard hotel room for three (3) nights, mid-size rental car for four (4) days (winner must possess a current valid driver’s license, valid major credit card, meet age requirements of rental car company, and meet/comply with all terms and conditions of the rental car agency in order to rent vehicle; if winner does not qualify for rental car portion of prize, neither it nor its value will be awarded), two (2) tickets to the races scheduled to occur on August 22, 2014 and August 23, 2014 in Bristol, TN, $250.00 (awarded in the form of a check, payable to winner), two (2) racing-themed gift bags, and Fan Vision rental for winner and guest while at the races. If winner resides within 150 miles of Bristol, TN, air transportation will not be provided and no further compensation will be awarded in lieu of air transportation. All other expenses not specifically mentioned herein are solely the responsibility of prize winner. All travel must be taken on dates specified by Sponsor at time of notification; no alternative travel dates are available. Seating assignments at the races are in Sponsor’s sole discretion. All travel subject to availability, blackout periods, government restrictions and regulations, hotel, airline, airport or other transportation terminal (or other types of transportation) restrictions and regulations. Other restrictions may apply. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for canceled, delayed, suspended or rescheduled events (including, but not limited to airline flights, race) beyond its control. Winner and guest must have all necessary identification and/or travel documents (e.g., a valid U.S. driver’s license) required for travel within the United States. Winner and guest must travel on same itinerary. If travel guest is a minor, minor must be traveling with his/her parent or legal guardian who must be the winner. Travel guest (if minor, his/her parent or legal guardian) must sign and return a travel release before any ticketing or travel occurs. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $4,030.00.
Twenty (20) First Prize winners will each receive a Dale Earnhardt Jr. Sour hat. ARV: $25.00 each.
Twenty (20) Second Prize winners will each receive a Dale Earnhardt Jr. Sour t-shirt. ARV: $20.00 each.
Five (5) Charlotte GTA Prize winners will each receive two (2) passes to attend a meet and greet with Dale Earnhardt Jr. (subject to availability) at an event on April 10, 2014. Event location and time will be provided to winner at the time of prize notification.
