2014 Pennzoil “SRT Viper” Sweepstakes

GRAND PRIZE (1): A 2014 SRT® Viper (the “Vehicle”). Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (“MSRP”): USD$102,485. Prize winner will also receive USD$40,000 (awarded in the form of a check) to assist in offsetting any taxes with respect to the Vehicle. Total Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize: $142,485.

Actual color, style, model, features, elements, and equipment of the Vehicle will be determined by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion. Any depiction of the Vehicle in promotional and advertising materials in connection with the Sweepstakes is for illustrative purposes only and may not be the make or model, or have the same or similar features as the actual prize awarded. Grand Prize winner must possess and provide proof of valid U.S. driver’s license and proof of liability insurance (which insurance must, at a minimum, satisfy the automobile insurance requirements of the Prize winner’s state of residence) prior to taking possession of the Vehicle. If winner does not provide such proof of a valid driver’s license and proof of insurance prior to taking possession of the Vehicle, winner automatically forfeits the Prize. Winner must take delivery of the Vehicle at a location designated by Sponsor within thirty (30) days of notification that the Vehicle is available (this process might take sixty (60) days or more from date of winner’s confirmation). Location anticipated but not guaranteed to be a dealership near winner’s residence. Any upgrades, additional features or equipment, or any other extras requested from the dealership by winner will be at winner’s sole cost and expense.

SECONDARY PRIZES (100): a $100 Shell® Gift Card.
