Grand Prize: (1 winner) Private movie screening for the winner and up to 50 guests, to take place in the winner’s hometown at a theater to be determined by the Sponsor. (ARV $1,000)

 Grand Prize winner will be confirmed via email and/or phone, and will be required to sign and return, within seven (7) days of notification, an Affidavit of Eligibility and a Liability Waiver and where allowable, a Publicity Release (collectively, “the Releases”). Noncompliance will result in disqualification and an alternate winner being selected. Prize will be awarded within approximately 45 days after the winner is verified. Private movie screening must be redeemed between 6/10/11 – 6/30/11 and must be scheduled (One) (1) week in advance. Noncompliance will result in disqualification and an alternate winner being selected. If applicable, a prize won by someone under the age of majority in his/her state of residence (which is eighteen (18) in most states, but is nineteen (19) in Alabama and Nebraska and twenty-one (21) in Mississippi) (“Minor”), may be awarded in the name of the Minor’s parent/legal guardian, as determined by Sponsor, in its sole and absolute discretion and such parent/legal guardian will be required to sign the Releases.

 Prize Conditions: All travel related expenses for ground transportation to and from home and destination, taxes, gratuities, food & beverage and personal expenses are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize winner and his/her guests. Grand Prize must be used on dates specified, or prize will be forfeited. Dates are subject to change.

 Private movie screening is subject to availability and screening is available from June 10, 2011 through June 30, 2011.
