ONE GRAND PRIZE WINNER: One winner will be able to invite one guest to attend the U.S. Open of Surfing August 4 through 7, 2011, which includes:
 (a) round trip coach class air transportation (via airline[s] selected by Sponsors) for two adults from the major U.S. gateway city airport near the winner’s hometown to a Los Angeles or Orange County, California area airport on dates to be determined by Sponsors;
 (b) hotel accommodations (two standard rooms, double occupancy) for three consecutive nights at a hotel selected by Sponsors;
 (c) ground transportation from the airport to the hotel and venue (as determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion);
 (d) two VIP passes to the U.S. Open of Surfing
