PRIZES: FIVE (5) GRAND PRIZES: Each Grand Prize will consist of a four (4) day/three (3) night vacation for Winner and
up to three (3) guests (collectively, the “Attendees”) to the Walt Disney World® Resort near Orlando, Florida (the “Vacation”).
Each Vacation includes up to four (4) round trip coach air fares for the Attendees between the major United States gateway
airport closest to Winner’s residence (as determined by Prize Provider) and the Orlando International Airport (provided, however,
if Winner resides within two hundred fifty (250) miles of the Walt Disney World® Resort, air fare will not be provided), up to four
(4) round trip ground transfers for the Attendees between the Orlando International Airport and the Walt Disney World® Resort
(provided, however, if Winner resides within two hundred fifty (250) miles of the Walt Disney World® Resort, transfers will not
be provided), room accommodations consisting of one (1) standard room (with a maximum of four (4) persons per room) for
three (3) nights at a hotel at the Walt Disney World® Resort (as determined by Prize Provider), up to four (4) 4-Day Magic Your
Way Tickets with Park Hopper® Option for the Attendees, one (1) Disney gift card (the “Gift Card”) with a value of two hundred
fifty dollars ($250.00) (subject to restrictions), VIP viewing for one (1) Disney Theme Park parade or show for the Attendees
(parade and/or show selection and date of experience shall be at the discretion of Prize Provider; subject to availability and
restrictions) (Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $5,201.96). The total ARV of all prizes is $26,009.80.
Travel must take place between May 1, 2016 and April 30, 2017
