Five (5) prize winners (“Winners”) will each receive:

Two (2) concert tickets to one of the Chairlift concerts in the following cities on the specified dates (“Concert Cities”):
Atlanta, GA – September 9, 2009
Phoenix, AZ – September 14, 2009
Los Angeles, CA – September 16, 2009
San Francisco, CA – September 17, 2009
Chicago, IL – September 23, 2009; and
A Marc Jacobs® prize pack, which includes:
A black Tate totebag;
A Houndstooth Miss Marc tee shirt; and
A talc Totally Turn-lock wallet
Winner will receive tickets for the Concert City which corresponds to the information entered on the Winner’s entry form. Only two tickets per Concert City will be awarded.

Approximate combined retail value of all prizes is Six Thousand Dollars ($6,000.00).
