PRIZE(S) AND ODDS OF WINNING: Three (3) winners will be chosen. Each winner may select three (3)
guests to accompany them. Guests must be 18 years or older, or minor guests must be accompanied by
their parent or legal guardian. Prize package includes: a) VIP tour of Lambeau Field with John Kuhn, b)
photo opportunity wearing John Kuhn’s Super Bowl ring, c) opportunity for winners to have personal items
signed by John Kuhn, d) autographed memorabilia from John Kuhn, e) dinner for four (4) at Brett Favre’s
Steakhouse with John Kuhn, f) free registration to the John Kuhn ProCamp for boys and girls grades 1-8
currently scheduled for July 19th-20th, 2014 from 9:00am – 12:30pm CST each day and g) hotel and
airfare for four (4) if outside 60 miles of Green Bay, WI. Retail value of prize package is $5,000 if airfare is
needed. Prize is not redeemable for cash; nor is it transferable or substitutable except by Shopko with one
of equal or greater value. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. If a
winner cannot accept prize as stated, prize will be forfeited in its entirety and an alternate winner will be
chosen.
John Kuhn ProCamp dates subject to change. If for some unforeseen reason (i.e. due to illness, emergency,
overriding obligation, professional responsibility, etc.) John Kuhn is unable to attend this event, neither
Shopko nor John Kuhn is to be held liable. Prize will default to a $500 Shopko gift card for each of the
three (3) winners selected along with the two day event for July 19-20, 2014 as follows: Saturday, July 19th
Day 1 of Camp (9:00am – 12:30pm CST), Camp Sponsor Luncheon and Dinner at Brett Favre’s
