ONE (1) SWEEPSTAKES 1 PRIZE: A Sears gift card with a value between $1,000 and $5,000. The value of the Sweepstakes 1 prize will be determined by how often entrants collectively share the link to the Promotion with other users on Facebook, with a minimum value of $1,000 and a potential maximum value of $5,000.
Instant Win Game Prizes:
TWO THOUSAND (2,000) FIRST PRIZES: A $25 Sears portrait voucher (awarded as a digital code). Winner must print the portrait voucher from the win notification page in the promotion. ARV: $25.
TWENTY (20) SECOND PRIZES: A $20 Sears e-gift card (awarded as a digital code). ARV: $20.
EIGHTY (80) THIRD PRIZES: A $10 Sears e-gift card (awarded as a digital code). ARV: $10.
Event Code Sweepstakes Period: During the Event Code Sweepstakes Entry Period, there are two (2) ways to enter:
i) Purchase Method: Visit a participating Sears location during the Family & Friends special event sale between 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. June 12, 2011 (times vary by location). Then, obtain an 11-digit transaction code from your receipt after making a purchase. Once you have a Code, you can enter the Promotion through the “Sweepstakes” application on the Facebook Platform. You can also find the application on the “Fam & Friends Sweeps” tab on the Sears Page on Facebook (http://www.facebook.com/sears). If you don’t already “like” the Sears Page, you must first click on the “like” button in order to access the tab. Follow the links and instructions to enter your Code, then complete and submit the registration form including a valid home address (P.O. Boxes are not permitted) and you automatically will receive one (1) entry into the Event Code Sweepstakes. If you have already entered a Code and registered for the Promotion once, you will no longer be required to enter a Code and will only be required to login in order to receive your Sweepstakes entry for that day.
ii) Mail-in Free Method: To enter without a Code, hand print your name, address, day and evening phone numbers, email address (if any), and date of birth on a 3″ x 5″ piece of paper and mail it in an envelope with proper postage to “Sears Family & Friends,” c/o ePrize, LLC, Department: 573980, P.O. Box: 5046, Kalamazoo, MI 49003-5046. You will receive one (1) entry into the Event Code Sweepstakes. Limit: One (1) entry per envelope. All mail-in entries must be handwritten and must be postmarked by June 20, 2011 and received by June 27, 2011.
Regardless of method of entry, each entrant may enter one (1) time per day during the Event Code Entry Period.
ONE (1) EVENT CODE SWEEPSTAKES PRIZE: A trip for two (2) to Washington, D.C. Trip package includes round-trip, coach-class air transportation for two (2) from a major airport near winner’s home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to Washington, D.C.; two (2) nights’ accommodations at a hotel determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion (single room, double occupancy); ground transportation to and from airport and hotel; a city tour and dinner for two (2) with key “Rebuilding Together” staff members; and two (2) $100 Sears gift cards. Winner will have the opportunity to participate in Sponsor’s 1000th “Heroes at Home” home rebuild project. At the conclusion of the rebuild project, winner will be recognized during the project celebration. Winner must travel between the dates of October 16, 2011 and October 18, 2011 or prize will be forfeited. ARV: $2,200.
