 awarded on the 15th of every month from February – December 2012 for a total of
 Eleven (11) $500 Tiffany & Co. gift cards. Winners will be selected from all qualified
 entries that have been received through the 15th of each month (February, March, April,
 May, June, July, August, September, October and November) as of 12p.m. noon EST
 that day.

 Quarterly Prizes: One (1) Apple® iPad 2® Wi-Fi 16 GB, Retail Value: $499, will be
 awarded quarterly—on the 15th of the months of March, June, September and
 December for a total of Four (4) Apple iPad 2 Wi-Fi 16 GB. Winners will be selected
 from all qualified entries that have been received through the 15th of the month noted
 (March, June, September and December) as of 12p.m. noon EST that day.
