Grand Prize: The Grand Prize Winner will receive: (a) a trip for two (2) for the Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest (the “Guest”) to Charlotte, NC between May 21, 2010 and May 23, 2010, but subject to change at Sponsor’s sole discretion. The trip for two (2) will include: (i) roundtrip coach class air transportation for Grand Prize Winner and Guest which shall originate from an airport of Sponsor’s choice nearest Grand Prize Winner’s residence (as determined by Sponsor) to Charlotte, NC. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute ground transportation for air transportation if the Grand Prize Winner resides within 200 miles of Charlotte, NC; (ii) up to two (2) nights hotel accommodations for Grand Prize Winner and Guest which shall be one room, based on double occupancy (meals, telephone calls, tips and other incidentals and costs are not included); (iii) $150 for roundtrip transportation from the airport to hotel; (iv) Reserved grandstand ticket for the Camping World Truck Series race at Lowe’s Motor Speedway® on Friday, May 21, 2010; (v) Saturday infield admission; (vi) Reserved grandstand ticket for the NASCAR Sprint Cup All-Star race at Charlotte Motor Speedway® on Saturday, May 22, 2010; (vii) Meet-and-Greet prior to the Sprint All-Star Race with Kevin Harvick and Richard Childress of Richard Childress Racing (“RCR”), subject to availability; (viii) Inclusion for Winner (not Guest) as a “ride-along” participant with Kevin Harvick in the Pennzoil Ultra Victory Challenge preceding the Sprint All-Star Race, subject to availability; (ix) Pennzoil merchandise and welcome gifts, which may include items such as, clear track legal tote bag, official credential holder with lanyard, earplugs and racing hat (“Grand Prize” or “Prizes”).
