Grand Prize: (2 winners) A trip for two to Prague, Czech Republic to attend a Rihanna concert scheduled to take place on December 7, 2011. Winner must be able to travel between the dates December 5, 2011 through December 10, 2011 (inclusive). Grand Prize trip includes: round-trip coach class air transportation for two from a major U.S. gateway airport closest to winner’s home (at Sponsor’s discretion) to Prague Ruzyne Airport; 6-days/4-nights’ standard hotel accommodations (one room, double occupancy), including hotel taxes’ and two (2) tickets to the Rihanna concert, scheduled to take place on December 7, 2011. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $4,000.00 each. Actual value may vary based on point of departure. Any difference between stated value and actual value will not be awarded. Winner and travel companion are responsible for obtaining a valid U.S. passport and any other required travel documents by November 1, 2011. Trip must be taken on dates specified by Sponsor or prize will be forfeited and Sponsor will have no further obligation to such winner. Sponsor reserves right to change dates. Winner and travel companion must travel together on the same itinerary. Travel must be made through Sponsor’s agent, on a carrier of Sponsor’s choice. Certain travel restrictions may apply. If for whatever reason the Rihanna concert is cancelled or postponed, the trip will be awarded, on the dates specified, without the concert tickets and Sponsor will have no further obligation to winner. Tickets are subject to certain terms and conditions as specified thereon. Seat locations will be determined by Sponsor. Winner and guest must comply with all venue rules and regulations. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of such portion of prize
