ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: A Trip for two (2) to the 2009 NHL Winter Classic in Chicago, IL. Trip package includes roundtrip coach-class air transportation for two (2) from a major airport near winner’s home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to Chicago, IL; three (3) days and two (2) nights accommodations at a hotel determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion (single room, double occupancy); and two (2) tickets to the 2009 NHL Winter Classic (specific seat location will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion). Winner must travel on December 31, 2008 and return on January 2, 2009 or prize is forfeited in its entirety. Trip must be booked at least twenty-one (21) days prior to departure. Trip is subject to availability and blackout dates. Travel must be roundtrip. Sponsor will determine airline and flight itinerary in its sole discretion. No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any flight. Travel and accommodations are subject to availability. Travel is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Sweepstakes, and those set forth by the Sponsor’s airline carrier of choice as detailed in the passenger ticket contract. TEN (10) FIRST PRIZES: A subscription to NHL Center Ice for the remainder of the season. Season ends April 12, 2009. If winner does not have cable or winner’s cable carrier does not have an agreement with NHL Center Ice, Sponsor will substitute prize for another of equal or greater value. Prize will be awarded as a voucher, terms and conditions apply. ARV of First Prize: $125.
