FIRST PRIZE/ FIRST PRIZE DETAILS: One (1) first prize of a “Coast to Coast: Late Night with Jimmy Fallon and Tonight Show with Jay Leno Prize Package” will be awarded consisting of a three (3) day/ two (2) night coast to coast trip to New York City, NY and Los Angeles, CA for First Prize Winner and one (1) guest (the “Travel Companion”) (the “First Prize”). The First Prize will include; [a] two (2) round trip coach class Travel Authorization Certificates (each a “Travel Certificate”, subject to the American Airlines Travel Certificate Terms listed below ) on American Airlines or its Airline Associates (American Eagle, Executive Airlines or the AmericanConnection® carrier) from any city served by American Airlines or its Airline Associates in the forty eight (48) contiguous United States to New York, NY and Los Angeles, CA; [b] one (1) night hotel accommodations at a hotel to be determined by the Sponsor/Prize Provider in their sole discretion (standard room, double occupancy) in New York, NY; [c] one (1) night hotel accommodations at a hotel to be determined by the Sponsor/Prize Provider in their sole discretion (standard room, double occupancy) in Los Angeles, CA; [d] two (2) tickets for admission to a live taping of Late Night with Jimmy Fallon at the NBC Studios in New York, NY falling on a date to be determined by the Prize Provider in their sole discretion*; [e] two (2) tickets for admission to a live taping of the Tonight Show with Jay Leno at the NBC Studios in Burbank, CA falling on a date to be determined by the Prize Provider in their sole discretion*; [f] one (1) one hundred and fifty dollar ($150) NBC Store gift certificate redeemable in person at the NBC Store at 30 Rockefeller Center, New York, NY; and [g] one (1) two hundred and fifty dollar ($250) gift card (brand of gift card to be determined at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Total estimated retail value (the “ERV”) of the First Prize is two thousand, four hundred dollars ($2,400).

SECOND PRIZE/ SECOND PRIZE DETAILSOne (1) second prize of an “The SING-OFF Finale Prize Package” will be awarded consisting of a three (3) day/ two (2) night trip to Los Angeles, CA for Second Prize Winner and one (1) guest (the “Travel Companion”) (the “Second Prize”). The Second Prize will include; [a] two (2) round trip coach class Travel Certificates (subject to the American Airlines Travel Certificate Terms and Conditions listed below) on American Airlines or its Airline Associates from any city served by American Airlines or its Airline Associates in the forty eight (48) contiguous United States to Los Angeles, CA; [b] two (2) nights hotel accommodations at a hotel to be determined by the Sponsor/Prize Provider in their sole discretion (standard room, double occupancy); [c] two (2) tickets to the live taping of “The SING-OFF” finale in Los Angeles, CA held on December 20, 2010 *; and [d] one (1), two hundred and fifty dollar ($250) gift card (brand of gift card to be determined at the sole discretion of the Sponsor). Total ERV of the Second Prize is two thousand two hundred and fifty dollars ($2,250).

THIRD PRIZE/ THIRD PRIZE DETAILS: One (1) third prize of a “CHUCK Prize Package” will be awarded (the “Third Prize”). The Third Prize will include; [a] one (1) “Chuck” hat; [b] one (1) “Chuck” keychain; [c] one (1) “Chuck” mug; [d] one (1) “Chuck” t-shirt; [e] one (1) “Chuck” tumbler; [f] one (1) “Chuck” script and “Chuck” photograph, autographed by cast member(s). Total ERV of the Third Prize is seventy five dollars ($75).

The total ERV of all Prizes to be awarded in the Promotion is four thousand seven hundred and twenty five dollars ($4,725).
