Grand Prize: One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive a three (3) night trip (“Trip”) for winner and a travel companion to attend the 88th Oscars® Red Carpet Fan Experience (“Event”) in Hollywood, CA (“Destination City”) on Sunday, February 28, 2106. Grand Prize includes (i) round-trip coach air transportation for Grand Prize winner and one (1) travel companion from a major commercial airport nearest winner’s home (airports as determined by Sponsor) to Destination City; (ii) three (3) consecutive nights’ hotel accommodations (one (1) standard room, double occupancy, room and tax only); (iii) round-trip ground transportation between airport and hotel in Destination City; (iv) tickets for Grand Prize winner and travel companion to the 88 th Oscars® Red Carpet Fan Experience to include admission to the red carpet bleacher viewing, on-site activities including hair styling, mini make-up applications, chair massages, lunch and snacks, and admission to a private Oscars® viewing party including a catered dinner at the El Capitan Theatre. Prize also includes $200 in spending money awarded as a gift card/debit card by a recognized bank or provider of credit/debit cards, or as a check in the sole discretion of Sponsor. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize: $4,200.

Note: the prize specifically does not include admission to the Academy Awards show or the Dolby Theatre.

Trip must be taken from February 26, 2016 through February 29, 2016 so as to attend the Event. If Grand Prize winner is unavailable at such dates/times for any reason, prize will be forfeited and Sponsor will award the prize to another Grand Prize winner in the manner set forth above, time permitting.

The Grand Prize winner and travel companion are advised to arrive at least three (3) hours prior to the Event start time.
