PRIZES:
GRAND PRIZE: One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive the following: a three (3) day/two (2) night trip to the 2011 Pocono 500 (the “2011 Race”) at Pocono Raceway in Long Pond, PA, at an ARV of Two Thousand Two Hundred Seventy-Six Dollars ($2,276). The trip shall include the following: (i) round-trip coach-class airline tickets from the major U.S. gateway airport nearest to Grand Prize Winner’s residence to the major airport nearest the location of the 2011 Race in Long Pond, PA for Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest, if Grand Prize Winner resides in or near Long Pond, PA, ground transportation may be provided in lieu of air transportation and no compensation or substitution will be provided for difference in prize value; (ii) one (1) room, double occupancy, standard hotel accommodations (at a hotel determined by Sponsors) for Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest for two (2) nights; (iii) two (2) tickets to the 2011 Race; (iv) a meet and greet opportunity for Grand Prize Winner and his/her guest with Martin Truex Junior (subject to the availability of Martin Truex Junior); (v) round-trip ground transportation for Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest between the airport, the hotel, and the race location. Trip must be taken by June 12, 2011. Grand Prize Winner is responsible for all costs and expenses not expressly provided for above, including additional ground transportation, meals, incidentals, tips, telephone calls, souvenirs, other personal expenses and hotel charges incurred during the trip. Grand Prize Winner and guest must travel on the same itinerary and are responsible for obtaining proper documentation (e.g., valid photo ID) prior to travel. Sponsors are not responsible for any travel-related delays or cancellations.

FIRST PRIZES Ten (10) First Prize Winners will each receive one (1) Martin Truex Junior Die Cast Car autographed by Martin Truex Junior. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each First Prize is Sixty-Five Dollars ($65). Total ARV of Six Hundred Fifty Dollars ($650).

SECOND PRIZES Twenty (20) Second Prize Winners will each receive one (1) Hat autographed by Martin Truex Junior. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each First Prize is Twenty-Five Dollars ($25). Total ARV of Five Hundred Dollars ($500).

TOTAL ARV OF ALL PRIZES (31 PRIZES): Three Thousand Four Hundred Twenty-Six Dollars ($3,426).
