Instant Win Prize Awards – Maximum of (26) awards available: Each eligible instant prize winner will be awarded a $100.00 gift card to a designated retail location as solely determined and designated by Sponsor. Maximum of one instant win prize award per person during the entire Contest Period.
Grand Prize: One (1) 46-inch class LCD HDTV with a maximum retail value not to exceed $900. And the opportunity to participate in the $50,000 Grand SlamGame contest for a chance to win $50,000 Cash, per the contest requirements outlined below.
Grand Slam Game Contest – Chance to win $50,000 Cash: In order for the $50,000 Cash portion of the grand prize to be awarded, either team playing in the designated game below must hit a Grand Slam Home Run during the designated game, according to the following requirements:
a. Designated Game: Game #1 of the 2011 professional baseball championship series.
b. Designated Game Date: October 19, 2011 (subject to change based upon weather or rescheduling)
c. For purposes of this contest, a Grand Slam Home Run is defined as an official home run as ruled by the applicable league while there are base runners on all (3) bases – resulting in (4) runs scoring on the play.
d. The hit must be officially ruled as a 4-run Home Run (grand slam) in the official box score and official statistics of the applicable league.
e. An inside the park home run which meet the above criteria will be eligible provided there are no errors committed on the play, and the hit is officially ruled as a Home Run.
f. If the game is cancelled for any reason prior to becoming an official game, all statistics are removed from the official score book and no prize claims will be awarded for the game. If the game is rescheduled, the rescheduled game date shall be applicable for this contest.
In the event there is not an eligible grand slam home run by either teamduring the designated game, per the requirements outlined above, then the $50,000 Cash portion of the grand prize will not be awarded.
The $50,000 cash portion of the prize, if awarded, shall be awarded in the form of a check made payable to the grand prize winner for $50,000.
